Over the first weekend in April we are holding our second Volunteer Recruitment Fair. This is the chance for you to find out what life is like as a volunteer on our Railway and, if you like what you see, to join us. To get a behind-the-scenes look at what goes on to make our Railway work you will need to register. This is best done before the event but you can register on the day. To register please send an e-mail to email@example.com telling us which day you would like to visit, the names of anyone coming with you and the first part of your post code.
As a registered visitor to the Recruitment Fair you will have access to our locomotive facilities at Toddington where you will find a number of departments waiting to talk to you. You will also have access to Toddington Narrow Gauge to learn about volunteering on their Railway.
You will be able to travel by train to Winchcombe to see our Carriage and Wagon department and meet the volunteers of those departments of our Railway that operate from Winchcombe.
For much more information about volunteering please click here to be taken to the GWR Trust site.
Not currently interested in volunteering? Don't worry, you can still come along and enjoy a day travelling on the Railway when we will be running our normal green timetable over the 1st and 2nd April. You will also be able to see and hear our friends from North Cotswold Community Radio on Saturday 1st April as they will be broadcasting live from Toddington.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-Registration for the Recruitment Fair has now closed but don’t worry you can still attend. Please report to the Trust’s distinctive gazebo on arrival at Toddington.
