Festival train times
Full details of what locomotives will be hauling which trains will be provided in a working timetable, available from booking offices during the Festival. Purchase of the Festival brochure (just £2.00!) will include that day’s working
timetable. If you are visiting for more than one day, production of your brochure will elicit a copy of that day’s working timetable for the princely sum of 20p.
But so you can plan your day, here are the times of all departures from Toddington, Winchcombe and Cheltenham Race Course. Note: Up trains run towards Toddington; Down trains run towards Cheltenham.

For enthusiasts, the working timetables, excluding locomotive numbers, are now available and you can click the links below to download them. Please note that the timetables are subject to last-minute change, and will not be updated on
this site. You can print these timetables off (they are PDF files). Please also bear in mind that with the late addition of 4141 to the Festival fleet, this engine may be exchanged for others already allocated - for full details of what's planned to be in steam each day, please click here to go to the updated locomotive roster - at present this excludes 4141.
Working Timetable - weekends (Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday)
