Broadway Station is currently closed. Passengers can only start and end their journeys at Toddington. Services will stop at Broadway long enough for passengers to use the station's toilet facilities.
Broadway Station is the newest station on our railway and is our northern terminus. The station is situated on the north-western edge of the village, a 15 minute walk (approx ¾ mile) from the centre. The whole station has been built by our volunteers in the style of the original which was completely demolished when the line closed.
Full details of accessibility to Broadway Station can be found in our Access Statement available here.
Due to space restrictions, there is NO general public car parking at the station other than just two spaces for 'Blue Badge' disabled users. We would encourage disabled visitors to travel to Toddington to board our trains, where more facilities are available.
There is, however, a COUNCIL OWNED AND OPERATED “pay and display” car park on the other side of the main road under the railway bridge less than a 5 minute walk from the station entrance. It has gantries at either end of the car park set to 2.05m in height. Please note the railway has NO responsibility over the council car park. For any concerns about the council car park please contact Wychavon District Council Parking Services, tel 01386 565009, between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
If you pay £5 for 10 hours' parking you will receive a voucher for £3 redeemable at the station booking office against one railway ticket. Note: the voucher is only valid if you travel on the same day that you park and is not usable in conjunction with any other discount or voucher. Full terms and conditions will be on display at the booking office.
Broadway Refreshment Room
The Broadway Station Refreshment Room is on Platform 1. Click here for more information.
Washrooms and Toilets
We have a modern toilet block on Platform 1. There are facilities for nappy changing and an accessible toilet.
There is a well stocked shop adjacent to the station selling all kinds of fresh food.
There is a privately owned minibus shuttle service at Broadway Station which usually meets each train to take you into the village. But please be aware there may be occasions when this service is unavailable. The price charged is £2 single and £3 return, per person. You can also use the service for longer journeys to tourist attractions like Snowshill Manor or the Broadway Tower by negotiation with the driver. See this flyer for details. Please Note: This is a private minibus shuttle service and has no connection to the railway. We are therefore not liable for any problems associated with this service.
