Cardnet Double Payment

It has come to the Raiway's attention that, on Wednesday 29th August, the Lloyds Cardnet system has debited some customers' accounts twice. The Railway has been assured by Lloyds Cardnet that all affected customers have automatically been refunded, but it could take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on statements. If any customers have concerns about any transaction they should speak to their bank or card provider in the first instance.
