Traders and Preservation Groups

The Cotswold Festival of Steam, 26-28 May 2018, will feature lots of activity both on and off the rails.

There's plenty to explore with stands from traders as well as preservation groups: and if you are a trader, book your space now! (Jack Boskett)

At Toddington and Winchcombe there will be the opportunity to explore what local and railway-related traders have to offer, to say nothing of the organisations that are busy restoring steam locomotives both on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway as well as on other railways - but could at some point bring their locomotives to visit the Cotswolds for events such as this.

You can find out about projects to build completely new locomotives such as the 'Unknown Warrior' Patriot class locomotive - a class long extinct but is becoming reality once again at the Llangollen Railway.

Many of the 'trade stands' are of particular interest such as the Beer Tent at Winchcombe.  At Toddington in the marquee will be a range of stands offering a startlingly wide variety of products new and used for sale including railwayana such as books, pictures and DVDs.

If you are a trader or preservation society wishing to take a space, book now!

All you have to do is complete the attached PDF Trader's application form and pop it in the post, or scan it and email it, as instructed on the form.

The cost of pitches ranges from just £20 per day for a standard outside marquee pitch to £50 per day for an enhanced size space within the marquee.
