Winchcombe Station - GL54 5LD
Winchcombe Station is the administrative headquarters of the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway and is also the home of the Carriange & Wagon Department and the Railway's Engineering Departments. The original station building was completely demolished when the line closed and the building you see now was transported brick by brick from Monmouth Troy and re-erected by our volunteers. Winchcombe is also the hub of our educational activities for which we have our recently completed Tim Mitchell Building. In December Winchcombe Station is transformed into the 'North Pole' for our Santa Special trains.
